Delhi, June 18, 2025 – The Joint Admission Committee (JAC) Delhi has released the Round 1 seat allotment cut-off ranks for its affiliated institutions, revealing a noticeable rise in closing ranks across top branches and colleges. Alongside this, the committee has also issued a strong warning to aspirants regarding fraudulent admission calls being reported.

📈 Round 1 Cut-Off Trends: Higher Competition for Top Courses

• The cut-offs for Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Electronics branches at DTU, NSUT, IGDTUW, IIIT-Delhi, and DSEU have increased from last year.

• This surge is attributed to a rise in high scorers and increased demand for Delhi-based public institutions.

• A total of 7,333 BTech seats and 90 BArch seats were offered across the five participating institutions in Round 1.

⚠️ JAC Delhi Issues Advisory on Admission Scams

JAC Delhi has cautioned students and parents about fraudulent calls and messages claiming to offer guaranteed admissions into top colleges through unofficial means. The committee clarified:

• All legitimate communication is conducted only through the official JAC Delhi website and emails.

• Students are urged not to trust agents or individuals promising allotments or upgrades for money.

• Any such incident should be reported to the authorities for prompt action.

1. Check Seat Allotment: Log into the JAC Delhi candidate portal and download your provisional seat allotment letter.

2. Pay the Seat Acceptance Fee: The deadline for accepting the seat and completing payment is June 18, 2025.

3. Physical Reporting: Candidates must report to their respective institutes for document verification and admission formalities between June 13 and June 18, 2025.

4. Prepare for Round 2: The second round of allotment will be released on June 24, 2025, followed by Round 3 on June 30, 2025.
