May 13, 2025 – The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially announced the Class 10 board examination results for 2025. This year, the overall pass percentage stands at 93.66%, reflecting a slight improvement over the previous year’s 93.60% .

📊 Key Highlights:

• Total Students Registered: 23,85,079

• Total Students Appeared: 23,71,939

• Overall Pass Percentage: 93.66%

• Girls’ Pass Percentage: 95%

• Boys’ Pass Percentage: 92.63%

Girls have once again outperformed boys by a margin of 2.37 percentage points .

🏫 Institution-Wise Performance:

• Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs): 99.29%

• Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVs): 99.05%

• Government-Aided Schools: 91.57%

• Government Schools: 90.48%

• Independent Schools: 87.94%

JNVs and KVs have maintained their reputation with outstanding pass percentages .

🧑‍🎓 Performance of Children With Special Needs (CWSN):

• Total CWSN Students Appeared: 8,198

• Total CWSN Students Passed: 7,661

• Pass Percentage: 93.45%

• Students Scoring Above 90%: 394

• Students Scoring Above 95%: Over 54% of the 394 students who scored above 90% also surpassed the 95% mark .

• UMANG App

To check results, students need to enter their roll number, school number, admit card ID, and date of birth. In case of high traffic on official websites, DigiLocker and the UMANG app provide alternative platforms for result access .

• SMS: Type CBSE10 <Roll Number> <Date of Birth> <School Number> <Centre Number> and send it to 7738299899.

• IVRS: Delhi subscribers can dial 24300699, while others can call 011–24300699 to receive their results.
