NTA extends CSIR UGC NET December 2023 registration till December 4

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the last date for submission of online application form for Joint CSIR-UGC NET December 2023 till December 4. Candidates can apply for the CSIR-UGC National Eligibility Test (NET December 2023) on the official website, csirnet.nta.ac.in.

Candidates will be able to pay the CSIR-UGC NET December 2023 application fee till 11:50 PM on December 4. The NTA has also revised the dates for correcting the CSIR-UGC NET December 2023 application form. Candidates will now be able to access the edit window from December 6 to 8. The NET December 2023 will be held on December 26, 27 and 28.

Exam pattern

The CSIR-UGC NET December 2023 will be conducted for chemical sciences, earth, atmospheric, ocean and planetary sciences, life sciences, mathematical sciences, and physical sciences. The question paper will include multiple-choice questions (MCQs) which the candidates will have to attempt in three hours. The medium of the exam will be bilingual.

Application fee

Candidates belonging to unreserved and EWS categories will have to pay an application fee of Rs 1,100 and those from OBC non creamy layer will have to pay Rs 550 as registration fee. Candidates from SC and ST category will have to pay Rs 275 as registration fee.

NTA will issue the CSIR UGC NET 2023 admit card online at csirnet.nta.ac.in. NTA will also release the CSIR UGC NET city intimation link 2023 on the official website. Candidates need to use their registration number and date of birth as login credentials to download the CSIR NET 2023 admit card.
