MP BE 2025 Round 1 Seat Allotment is out ! Know how to download your allotment letter, report to your allotted college, and understand the Upgradation Option for Madhya Pradesh Engineering Admissions 2025.
The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Madhya Pradesh has declared the Madhya Pradesh BE/BTech Counselling Round 1 Seat Allotment on its official portal dte.mponline.gov.in. All B.E./B.Tech aspirants who participated in the choice filling can now check their allotted institute and branch.
✅ What to Do After Seat Allotment
Students who have been allotted a seat must complete the following steps within the given timeframe to confirm their admission:
Download the Allotment Letter: Log in to dte.mponline.gov.in and download your provisional allotment letter.
- 💳 Pay Partial Tuition Fee: To confirm seat acceptance
Report Physically to the Allotted Institute: Physical reporting is mandatory for document verification and to secure your seat.
📅 Reporting Dates: June 30 – July 4, 2025.
⚠️ Important: Failure to pay the fee or report to the allotted college within the specified dates may result in the cancellation of your seat.
ℹ️ Notice for Students Opting for Upgradation
Students who have opted for the Upgradation Option during choice filling should carefully note the following instructions:
Notice for Candidates Who Have Opted for Upgradation in B.E. Courses:
🔹 Candidates who have chosen the Upgradation option do not need to report to the currently allotted institute.
🔹 They must wait for the Upgradation result and check their status on the official website.
🔹 If Upgradation is successful, the previously allotted seat will be automatically cancelled. The candidate must then complete admission formalities at the newly allotted institute within the given dates.
🔹 If Upgradation does not happen, the candidate must take admission in the previously allotted institute by the last date of reporting.
🔹 Upgradation will be processed only on the locked choices submitted earlier, and only for the choices above the currently allotted option.
