SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Exam (SRMJEEE) is conducted by SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST), formerly SRM University for admission in Engineering Courses at SRM University Chennai, SRM University Amaravati & SRM University Sonepat.

SRMJEEE 2025 Exam will be conducted in last week of April 2025 for Phase I. Application Form will be released in the second week of November 2024 through online mode. SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination (SRMJEEE) is a university level admission test.

 

It is a admission test for all SRM Group Institutes and universities in Kattankullathur, NCU- Ghaziabad, Ramapuram. Admission is provided to the different UG Engineering and Technology courses.

 

To get admission in various courses, candidates must qualify the test. Amravati, Haryana and Sikkim are the three different campuses of SRM university. Candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria below before filling the form.

ABOUT

PATTERN

  • It is a Computer Based Test and candidates should do slot booking for Test. Candidates can write the exam from home.
  • The exam will be of 2 hours and 30 minutes duration.
  • There will be 5 subject sections namely Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, English, and Aptitude.
  • All the questions will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) i.e. each question will have four choices, only one being the correct choice.
  • Candidates will be awarded 1 mark for each correct answer.
  • There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
  • The medium of Question paper will be English.

Eligiblity

To know the complete SRMJEEE 2025 eligibility criteria, check out the given section below:

  • Nationality: To be eligible, candidates must be Indian Origin, Non-Resident Indian (NRI), and PIO or OCI
  • Educational Qualification: Those passed candidates in class 12th level exam from any recognized board or university will be eligible to apply.
  • Subject: Candidates must pass with Physics, Mathematics and any one from Chemistry/ Biology/ Botany/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Engineering Graphics and Zoology/ Biotechnology as a mandatory subject in qualifying exam.
  • Age Limit: The age of candidates must be at least 16 years 6 months as on 31st July 2025 to apply.
  • Marks: At least 60% marks must be scored by the candidates in class 12th level
  • Appearing: Those appearing candidates in class 12th level exam in 2025 will be eligible to apply for entrance exam.

MOCK TEST

  • An official mock test is made available to the candidates appearing for SRMJEEE.
  • Candidates can take the Mock Test to understand the pattern of the computer-based test and make themselves familiar with the interface.
  • Mock test is for practice purpose only.
  • Only the candidates who have taken the Mock Test will be allowed to take the main examination.

  • The SRMJEEE 2025 application fee will be submitted through online mode only.
  • Application fee will be of 1200/- for every category candidates.
  • Submitted fee will be non-refundable/ non-transferrable in any case.

Procedure

SRMJEEE 2025 Application Form

Here are the complete details related to SRMJEEE 2025 application form:

  • SRMJEEE 2025 application form will be released in the last week of November 2024 for phase 1.
  • University will release the SRMJEEE 2025 application from through online mode, no offline method will be provided.
  • Candidates will have to start with a registration procedure by entering the basis details in the given space.
  • Fill the application form with information such as academic qualification, personal details, communicational details, etc.
  • It will be mandatory to fulfil the eligibility criteria from below before proceeding to fill the application form.
  • After filling the form, document such as photograph and signature must be uploaded in prescribed format.
  • To appear in the exam, candidates must submit the registration form before the second week of April 2025 for Phase 1 as it will be the last date to apply.
  • Candidates must be careful while filling the form, as the university will not provide any correction facility after submitting the form.
  • After submitting the form, do not forget to take a hardcopy of the form for further usage in admission.

 

 

How to Apply for SRMJEEE 2025

Here are the step-by-step procedure to submit the SRMJEEE 2025 application form:

  • Step-1: Visit the SRMJEEE website (Link will be given above).
  • Step-2: On the homepage, press “Apply Now” button.
  • Step-3: Start with a registration procedure by providing the basic details.
  • Step-4: Fill the application form with details such as academic qualification, personal, communicational details.
  • Step-5: Upload the documents such as photograph & signature in prescribed format.
  • Step-6: Candidates must upload the documents in prescribed format.
  • Step-7: Submit the prescribed amount of application fee using available facility.
  • Step-8: Recheck the filled details in the form and submit it.
  • Step-9: Press the “Submit” button and proceed further.
  • Step-10: Take a hardcopy of the form and keep it safe it further admission procedure.

 

 

SRMJEEE 2025 Admit Card

The SRMJEEE 2025 admit card will be released in the first week of April 2025. Through online mode, the admit card will be downloaded by the candidates. User ID and Password will be the login credentials required to download the hall ticket.

Details such as name, photograph, signature, exam name, exam time, venue, etc will be mentioned in the admit card. It will be mandatory to keep the hardcopy of the SRMJEEE 2025 admit card safe for the day of exam.

Result

SRMJEEE 2025 Result

Result will be released through online mode on the website of SRM University. SRMJEEE 2025 Result will be published in the second week of May 2025. There will be no offline method provided to check result. Candidates will have to visit the website to download the result.

Login credentials such as email ID and password will be required to access the result. The university will send an email to the registered email ID regarding the declaration of result. A merit list for the candidates will also be released by the university on the basis of the marks secured in entrance exam.

SRMJEEE 2025 Rank List

After the few days of the entrance exam, the SRMJEEE 2025 rank list will be published. It will be checked by the candidates through online mode. Each qualified candidates in the exam will be allotted with a unique rank in the rank list.

The merit list will also be released by the university which will consist with the name of the qualified candidates. Those candidates who will qualify the exam will be eligible for further counselling procedure. SRMJEEE 2025 counselling procedure will be conducted at the campus of SRM through online mode.

Counselling

SRMJEEE 2025 Cut Off

To check the SRMJEEE 2025 cut off, candidates will have to visit the website through online mode. After the declaration of result, applicants will be able to check out the cut off on the website. It will refer to the closing ranks for each courses offered by the authority.

Those candidates who will score more than cut off marks will be qualified and considered for further admission. On the basis of the numbers of candidates who will appeared in the exam, highest marks scored by the topper, difficulty level of the exam, the cut off marks will be set by the authority.

SRMJEEE 2025 Counselling

The counselling procedure of SRMJEEE 2025 will be conducted from the last week of May 2025. Stage 1 and stage 2 will be the two stages conducted for qualified candidates. Through online mode, counselling will be organized. To participate in the counselling session, candidates will have to register and submit the necessary amount of fee through online mode.

The seats will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of the performance in exam, choices selected, and seat availability at the venue of counselling. For verification procedure, candidates will have to carry some of the original documents. Here are the list of documents required for verification procedure:
