KIITEE 2025 Application Form has been released on 11th November 2024 for Phase 1. Registration can be done for B.Tech & other UG/ PG courses. Exam for Phase 1 is scheduled from 16th to 20th April 2025. Last date to apply is till 8th April 2025.

 

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Examination (KIITEE) is a universitylevel entrance examination. Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) is the conducting authority of entrance exam. This exam is conducted to provide admission into various Undergraduate & Postgraduate courses in the field of Engineering, Commerce, Management, Arts, Computer Application, Nursing, Architecture, etc.

KIITEE 2025 Exam Pattern

  • Exam Mode: Exam will be conducted through online CBT mode.
  • Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) will be asked in exam.
  • Duration: Total 3 hours (180 minutes) will be provided to solve exam.
  • MediumEnglish Language will be available in question paper.
  • Marking Scheme: For each correct answer, 4 marks will be awarded.
  • Negative Marking: 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect response.

For Undergraduate Courses:

For B.Tech./M.Tech. (Dual Degree) Courses:

  • Qualification: Applying candidates in class 12th level from any recognized board will be eligible to apply.
  • Subjects: Candidates with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects in qualifying exam will be able to apply for exam.
  • Marks: In qualifying exam, candidates with 60% marks will be eligible to apply.
  • Age Limit: Those applicants who born on or after 1/07/2004 will be able to apply for the exam.
  • Appearing: Appearing candidates in class 12th level exam will be also eligible to apply for exam.

For B.Arch Course:

  • Educational Qualification: Candidates must pass class 12th level exam or equivalent exam from any recognized board to apply.
  • Marks: Candidates with 50% marks in class 12th level exam will be eligible to apply.
  • Subjects: To be eligible, candidates must have mandatory subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
  • Scorecard: Those passed candidates in NATA 2025 exam will also be eligible to apply.

For MCA Course:

  • Qualification: Those passed candidates in bachelor’s degree from any recognized university or institutions will eligible to apply.
  • Marks: In graduation level or equivalent, candidates must have scored 50% marks to apply.

 For M.Tech. Course:

  • Qualification: Passed candidates in graduation level with engineering & technology first class or equivalent CGPA will be eligible.
  • Scorecard: Applicants with a valid score of GATE exam will be eligible to apply for exam.
  • Appearing: Final year appearing candidates in graduation level will also be eligible to apply.

Procedure

KIITEE 2025 Application Form

Candidates can check out the complete details related to KIITEE 2025 application form:

  • KIITEE 2025 application form has been released on 11th November 2024 for Phase 1.
  • Candidates can fill out the application form through online modeno offline method will be accepted.
  • For phase 2, the registration of KIITEE 2025 will be started from the third week of March 2025.
  • Candidates are advised to fulfil the eligibility criteria once before filling out the application form.
  • Firstly start with the registration procedure by entering the valid Email ID and Phone Number.
  • Fill application form with details such as academic qualification, communicational details, personal details,
  • Upload the requisite documents such as Photograph and Signature in prescribed format.
  • Candidates must be careful while filling the application form, as the correction facility may or may not be provided by the authority.
  • To appear in exam, candidates must submit the form before first week of April 2025 for Phase 1 as it will be last date to apply.
  • Recheck filled details and take hardcopy of the form for further usage in admission procedure.

 

 

How to Apply for KIITEE 2025

Here are the step by step procedure to apply for KIITEE 2025 exam:

  • Step-1: Visit the website of KIIT (Link is given above).
  • Step-2: On the homepage, click “Apply Now for Phase 1” link.
  • Step-3: Start the registration process by entering basic details.
  • Step-4: Fill application form with details such as qualification, personal, communication details.
  • Step-5: Login using details such as registration ID and Password.
  • Step-6: Upload the scanned images such as photograph & signature.
  • Step-7: There will be no application fee to submit.
  • Step-8: Preview the details in form and submit it on the website.
  • Step-9: Take a hardcopy of application form and keep it safe for further usage.

 

KIITEE 2025 Admit Card

Admit card of KIITEE 2025 will be released after booking the slots through online mode. It will be released through online mode, no offline mode will be provided to download KIITEE admit card. Registered candidates for entrance exam will be able to download the hall ticket from the website.

It will consist with the details such as name, roll number, exam date, time, venue, etc. Candidates are advised to take hardcopy of admit card for further usage on exam day. Candidates will also have to carry some of the important documents for the day of exam.

 

Result

KIIT University will release the KIITEE 2025 result through online mode. KIITEE Result will be published in the last week of April 2025. Based on the candidates performance in entrance exam, the university will prepare the result.

After qualifying the exam, candidates will be invited to participate in counselling procedure. For different courses, a separate merit list will also be prepared by the authority. To download the result, candidates will have to use their login credentials such as application number or date of birth.

Counselling

KIITEE 2025 Cut Off

After the declaration of result, the KIITEE cut off 2025 will be released through online mode. Candidates will have to visit the website to access cut off list. To be eligible for admission, candidates will have to score minimum cut off marks in exam.

Cut off Rank will be provided to the candidates as per the availability of seats. On the basis of the cut off, the candidates will be selected for counselling rounds. Only appeared candidates in entrance exam will be able to check cut off marks on the website.

KIITEE 2025 Seat Reservation

Given below are the seat reservation for KIITEE 2025: All the unfilled reserved seats of admission will be converted to general category:

  • 15% of seats – SC category candidates
  • 5% of seats – ST category candidates
  • 3% of seats – Physically Challenge (PC) category
  • 30% of seats – female Students only

 

 

KIITEE 2025 Counselling

KIITEE 2025 counselling procedure will be organised in the month of May 2025. It will be organised through online mode only. Those qualified candidates in entrance exam will be eligible to participate in counselling session. University will invite the shortlisted candidates to participate in KIITEE counselling rounds.

There will be various rounds as per the availability of seats. Candidates will have to carry some of the important documents for verification process during reporting time. Following documents will be required:
