    JoSAA Counselling 2023: Required Document

    All candidates are asked to submit their documents for the JoSAA counselling document verification process in the format specified by the authority and to include all original documents to prevent rejection.

    Document Required For NITs, GFTIs, and IIITs

    • Three Passport Size Photographs ( Same as Uploaded in JEE Main 2023 Registration)
    • Provisional Seat Allotment Letter
    • Candidate Undertaking
    • Proof of Fee Payment by e-challan or Internet Banking of SBI for Seat Acceptance (Rs. 15, 000 for SC/ST/PwD candidates and Rs. 35,000 for others)
    • JEE Main 2023 Score Card & Admit Card
    • 10th Mark Sheet or Date of Birth Proof
    • 12th (or equivalent) Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate
    • Photo Identity Card
    • Medical Certificate
    • Category Certificate (if applicable)
    • PwD Certificate (if applicable)
    • OCI Certificate or PIO Card (if applicable)
    • Filled Choices for Seat Allotment printout

    Documents Required For IITs

    Candidates applying for JoSAA counselling 2023 for IIT’S will be requred

    • Provisional Seat Allotment Letter
    • Two Passport Size Photographs (same uploaded during JEE Advanced 2023 registration).
    • Undertaking by the Candidate
    • Proof of Seat Acceptance Fee Payment by e-challan or net banking of SBI (Rs. 15, 000 for SC/ST/PwD candidates and Rs. 35,000 for others)
    • Valid Photo Identity Card
    • JEE Advanced 2023 Admit Card
    • Date of Birth Proof (10th Standard Mark Sheet)
    • 12th Standard Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate
    • Medical Certificate
    • Category Certificate & Certificate for PwD (if applicable)
    • Passports of candidates and their parents, if they are foreign nationals, or, if necessary, an OCI Certificate or PIO Card
    • DS Certificate (if applicable)
