MP NEET PG Counselling 2024: Round 2 merit list out, choice-filling begins; advisory for candidates
The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh, has released the Round 2 merit list for MP NEET PG Counselling 2024. Eligible candidates can access the merit list on the official website: dme.mponline.gov.in.
Key Dates for Round 2:
- Choice Filling and Locking: January 3 to January 6, 2025.
- Seat Allotment Result: January 8, 2025.
Advisory for Candidates:
- Mandatory Choice Filling: All eligible candidates must participate in the fresh choice filling and locking process within the specified dates.
- Domicile Preference: In this round, seats will be allotted first to domicile (local resident) candidates of Madhya Pradesh. Non-domicile candidates will be considered for seat allotment only if no domicile candidate is available for a particular seat, based on merit.
- Preparation for Choice Filling: Candidates are advised to prepare a list of preferred colleges and courses in advance to ensure a smooth choice-filling process. It’s important to consider the fee structures of the selected colleges and ensure the ability to pay the prescribed fees.
- Upgradation Option: Candidates admitted in the second round, as well as those from the first round who have opted for upgradation, can submit their willingness for upgradation to the mop-up round through the candidate login from January 9 to January 13, 2025.
