Have a valid COMEDK UGET 2025 Rank.
Passed 12th/PUC with Physics & Math, and one optional subject (Chemistry, Biology, etc.).
Score a minimum of 45% (General) or 40% (Karnataka SC/ST/OBC) in PCM.
Pay the non-refundable COMEDK counselling registration fee of ₹2000.
